I ported to PSG (AY-3-8190/YM2149) from my OPLL (YM2413) songs in MSX-FAN Appendix Disk BGM.
(MSX-FAN was magazines published by Tokuma Shoten Intermedia Inc.)

Original data for the FM BIOS built-in driver (OPLDRV), but in order to make the most of that data, I created a new PSG driver for MSX that is compatible.
I use the data for OPLL as is, select any 3 tracks and rhythm, and play it PSG.

雑誌「MSX・FAN」(徳間書店インターメディア) のスーパー付録ディスクから、自分の楽曲をMSXのPSGに移植してみました。

原曲のOPLL版はFM BIOSの内蔵ドライバ (OPLDRV) 用でしたが、それらのデータを最大限に活かすべく、「データ形式に互換性のあるPSGドライバ」を今回のためにZ80アセンブラで自作しました。

曲データには手を加えず、ドラムと任意の3chをPSGに割り振る仕組みを構築して鳴らしていますので、一部チャンネル同士の衝突などは避けられませんでしたが…それでも、新規制作したPSGドライバのポテンシャルを少しでも感じていただけたら嬉しいです。

【特徴】
・OPLDRVデータをそのまま使用可能
　（再生前にドラムパート+任意の3チャンネルを選択）
・ドラムパートはCh.Cへの割り込みで発音
　（1/60秒単位で任意のPSGレジスタに書き込み可）
・セルフディレイをドライバ側で処理
　（リリース処理時、音程をひとつ手前に戻す）
・1/60秒単位のボリュームエンベロープ
　（OPLLの内蔵音色をイメージしたプリセット15種類）
・1/60秒単位のピッチエンベロープ
　（ビブラートの処理に使用）
